Mr. Raj Wadhwani has spent many years in advanced study of Prosthodontics, Implantology, Orthodontics, and Lasers in Dentistry. As our Clinical Director, he runs an ‘Early Years’ Programme which supports young dentists develop diagnostic and treatment planning skills. As part of this programme he supports Dentists with conditional includion on the National Performer’s List, such as Dentists with conditions (DWC), and Performer List Validation by Experience (PLVE) and within Antwerp Dental Academy, the ‘Early Years’ programme supports these dentists attain accreditation to be in a position to work independently in NHS general dental services.

Mr. Fahd Saleh, a Specialist Periodontist,m who also has additional qualifications in Restorative Dentistry and Sedation frequently provides training on a host of topics in Periodontology. He maintains his research interests in Periodontology and supports our whole team through Journal Clubs in understanding current and new research in Periodontology. He also teaches interdisciplinary care between Periodontology, Dental Implants and Restorative Dentistry.

Angie McBain-Heilmann is Director of Education for Dental Care Professionals within Antwerp Dental Group. She possesses an MBE for her outstanding services in supporting education for Dental Care Professionals. She supervises our Skills Development Programmes for qualified dental nurses. These skills development programmes support dental care professionals in their learning to attain heightened procedural skills in clinical photography, assisting in advanced endodontic procedures, dental implant procedures, orthodontic procedures and sedation procedures.

Greg has had a various and illustrious career supporting many large businesses streamline their processes processes and become operationally robust. In dentistry, he used to act as Director of Human Resources for Oasis Dental Care. He supported the HR infrastructure until 2007 and help facilitate a private equity buy-out to Duke Street Capital. He subsequently assisted an ailing Physiotherapy business, Rehab Works develop its infrastructure, win multiple NHS contracts and develop an excellent trading profit before he worked with Antwerp Dental Group to achieve similar business objectives. Within Antwerp Dental Group he provides business support and training to several practice managers, including financial decision making and budgets and helping them achieve operational effectiveness. He also supports practice managers in decision making and logistics including inter-practice collaborative working. He supports our marketing services to ensure that dental associates benefit from a regular flow of diverse treatments to make their clinical practice diverse, interesting and effective.

Monica, a Specialist Periodontist undertakes teaching and support through the Academy to help dentists understand Periodontal Disease Classification, disease risk, criteria for referral and periodontal treatment planning.

Shashi, an endodontic specialist hosts an annual journal club keeping us abreast with new paradigms in endodontics, including procedural innovations and techniques, prognosis in endodontics, and newer paradigms in endodontic obturation.

Preeti is the lead Foundation Dentist trainer within Antwerp Dental Group. She supports the development of new Foundation Dentist trainers and advises and supports our teams on aspects of learner-centred education. She also has a special interest in sedation and Invisalign. She also supports Dental Care Professionals in their support function in developing excellence in managing the sedated patient and the Ivisalign patient.

Louisa is an avid follower of the IAS Academy which promotes cosmetic orthodontics, minimal intervention cosmetic dentistry and early management of tooth wear. Louisa provides support on diagnosis, treatment planning and workflow of the cosmetic patient which leads to fantastic case acceptance.

Ayad has a special interest in use of Invisalign-Go and has developed a powerful journey using CADCAM to promote case acceptance of the cosmetic patient who seeks anterior tooth alignment with clear aligners.
